Bien ubicado y practico
7.0Es una casa en medio del campo, bien ubicada al lado de Módica, con cierto encanto. Hay mucha tranquilidad y es practico para tener unos días para visitar Noto, Módica, Scicli… Puede ser un buen campamento base. Está limpio y tiene los utensilios justos para poder cocinar.
− Es muy minimalista en cuanto a utensilios de cocina… hay lo justo y necesario. Faltaría quizás alguna estantería en el baño, no hay nada para dejar nada… La cama està arriba en el “altillo” y no es muy practico para las maletas.

10.0Proprietario attento alle esigenze del cliente, pulizie perfette, acqua sempre disponibile,gas pure,casa molto fresca. Ah consiglio di andare a mangiare a Ragusa ibla ai 4 Gatti, si mangia benissimo. Piatti tradizionali siciliani. Ottimo.

9.0Communication with host easy and quick response. Exceptionally clean. Bed comfortable. Good size. Plenty of room to park. We would stay again if in the area.
− We arrived in the dark so the first impression outside was not great as the parking area and the land in front was very overgrown but we were out of season. Sofa cushions need a bit of foam under them as they sank too much when you sat on them. Just a helpful comment not a criticism.

10.0The place was just as promised. Full of rustic charm, lovingly and tastefully renovated, with all the comfort needed for peaceful holidays. The host was helpful, responding to any message/query within minutes. The location is quiet, there is no problem with parking, and yet some very beautiful places (Modica, Ragusa, Noto, etc.) as well as some very nice beaches are just a short drive away.
− Personally I did not mind it at all, but the apartment I chose was on two levels, with a rather steep and narrow staircase. Probably not suitable for elderly people or families with small children. (But it is all described in the presentation, and I think that the other apartments at the property are on one level.)
The rural location was quiet and beautiful, the fresh air and peaceful setting was fantastic.
9.0We loved the loft conversion of the old stone building.
− The stair case to the loft seemed too light weight and was a bit shaky to use. The gas cooker was turned off so tight we couldn’t turn it on.
