10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh food, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. Everything was well organized, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

10.0Персоналът които ни посрещна на рецепцията .Бяха страхотни, усмихнати и много мили .Изпратиха ни до стаята .Още на рецепцията ни обясниха всичко необходимо което трябваше да знаем за престоят ни (въпреки ,че имаше описано от колко до колко е изхранването ).Съжалявам само че не разбрах как се казват .Храната в ресторанта е страхотна има за всеки по нещо .Стаята беше чиста и удобна .Бяхме с две нощувки ,но това нямаше значение веднага след първата ни нощувка на другият ден стаята ни беше почистена, а кърпите и халатите ни бяха сменени .В басейна има и хавлии за спа зоната както трябва да бъде ,но сме били и в други хотели в Банско където такива не се предлагат .Има игрална зона за децата, а също и билярд .С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново .
− Външният басейн не работеше ,тъй като го ремонтираха .
