Appartamento molto carino e ben attrezzato, la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, molto apprezzate le bevande fresche lasciate per il nostro arrivo! Zona strategica per raggiungere Mari Pintau ed altre spiagge cosi’ come Costa Rei.

− Nulla ne puo’ la proprietà, ma le due spiagge di Capitana sono davvero strette ed erose dal mare, a nostro avviso poco godibili ma in meno di 15 minuti di auto si possono raggiungere Mari Pintau ed Is Canaleddus, quindi in generale la posizione rimane comoda per fare diverse escursioni e cambiare spiaggia ogni giorno.

Very clean and comfortable, small flat close to the beach (5min walk max.). Kitchen ist well equiped, very nice balcony as well. It was extremely hot (40°C +) when we we're there but the air conditioning worked really well. Bus stop to Cagliari 15min walk away

Very good location, close to the beach and also if you have a car you can easily reach other very beautiful beaches! The host was super nice, we could put our luggage before check in. She also helped us with finding beaches etc. The area is calm and chill, the appartement is spacious and was very clean and had everything you wanted. We would come again!

- Matilde was very responsive and kind - The apartament is clean - The pillows are very confortable 🩵 - The terrace is perfect for coffee or lunch and is in shade during the day - The kitchen is well equiped (probably some bigger knifes will help) - Water and beer in the fridge - very near is a good restaurant (victory nelson) and a useful supermarket (coop)

− - There is a bad smell in the bathroom, but eventualy Matilde will fix the problem - there are no shower gel & shampoo
