− Imovel muito antigo necessita de pintura e alguns reparos. Tudo funciona mas falta um pouco de manutenção.

9.0Muy linda casa, cómoda y con buena calefacción. La ubicación es muy cómoda y céntrica, a 5 cuadras del shopping y con muchos locales cerca. El anfitrión muy atento.
− Hubo algunos detalles con la limpieza, pero el anfitrión se mostró preocupado y siempre disponible al respecto, así como las personas que vinieron a solucionar, que comentaron que es un detalle que el anfitrión tiene muy en cuenta siempre y que no era algo habitual.
