10.0The apartment is really spacious! It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and even a separate living room. There were books in both English and Italian, which was a lovely bonus, and some little treats waiting for us in the kitchen — such a nice surprise! The apartment is located away from the busiest tourist areas, yet it's only a 6–8 minute walk from Ponte dell’Accademia. A great location if you prefer a quieter, more authentic side of Venice.
− The apartment doesn't get much natural light, as the building opposite is quite close. However, you can still open the windows for fresh air, and the street itself is very quiet. We also decided not to take the vaporetto, so the walk from the bus station was a bit long (around 30 min), but it was actually a lovely walk through Venice!

Guests must send passport photos of all occupants of the apartment through whatsapp to +39 338 749 3492 (active 24 hours) or through e-mail to reservation.venice@cadeicuori.it (limited access, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Without these documents, San Gregorio Venice Apartments reserves the right to not forward the check-in instructions and the access code.
Check in time is between 3 pm to 7 pm.
