1.0− Dicono che hanno la reception 24 ore aperta , sono arrivato era chiuso ho telefonato per avere il codice mi ha risposto la segretetia dicendo che l'hotel era chiuso, si dovrebbe scrvere su booking fino a che ora è aperta la reception
