− Having to fetch keys from 15 min walk away and nowhere to store bags. Boiling hot shower and couldn't turn down and needs tlc in bathroom as shower mouldy

10.0In such a lovely area, apartment was spotless!
The positioning of the apartment was excellent, very close to everything you would want. It was great having a carpark.
5.0The apartment was in a great position close to bars, restaurants and places to see. The lounge room was very spacious.
− The ensuite bathroom needed a lot of maintenance, the shower was leaking constantly( a new washer would be a very simple fix) nails on the wall to hang the towels on and broken handles on the shower door. The apartment was also very warm and we couldn't adjust the temperature.

8.0It was pretty easy to collect the keys once we figured out where to go. That might have been on us, as the instructions were accurate, we were struggling a bit with driving in Belfast. However once we figured out where it was the keys were handed over quickly and we proceeded to the property without much difficulty. It’s in a great location on St. Anne’s square with lots of restaurants in the area and lots of Belfast sites nearby. Loved walking around the area and all of Belfast actually. Black taxi tour picked us up at the apartment and Titanic museum is not far away. Very easy to get around from this location.
− Better instructions on the washer/dryer would be helpful. Whatever is on the machine is faded or unclear. We finally did manage to wash, but drying didn’t happen. Thank goodness for the drying rack.
