A cosy stay in a lovely location
9.0Very friendly welcome and nice added touches on arrival. The accommodation felt modern and homely - the shower room is fantastic. Lovely location with great views across the pond. Village centre only a short walk away and good for visiting the local area.
− Nothing significant, a slightly small fridge (fine for a short stay) and the bedroom has a double bed (which we knew when booking) where maybe the space could take something larger.

10.0The Annex is a small but perfectly formed cottage. Fully stocked with everything you need and exceptionally comfortable. The location is amazing, very peaceful and beautiful with a view over the duck pond. Ideally situated for many North Yorkshire attractions. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

− Wish netflicks was on the lounge TV, instead of the bedroom TV. My only gripe!!
Bank holiday weekend break
10.0Great location. Very peaceful. The view from the property is lively. Enjoyed watching the ducks and their chicks on the pond.
