− Make sure the floor is swept and mopped, I can feel a lot of dust. It has not been brushed or mopped for a long time

− Terrible hotel! I book for family room (2 double bed) but limit only 1 person can enter the room because she said in the booking there is room for 1 person is it logical 2 big beds only 1 person can stay overnight? Unprofessional hotel staff + poorly managed so not recommended
