− Everything. Unclean. Filthy sink in room, unvacummed floor, chewing gum stuck on wall, horrid smell in room (presumably from kitchen).

− No fridge or tea making facilities in the room as advertised. Small kitchen at the end of the block but only has a bar fridge for the whole place
