− the owner took me for an involuntary date (i was there with my husband and kids) and took my 5 year old daughter on a motor bike away from the premises without a helmet, and without my permission.

8.0Lovely cottage room with four poster bed with mosquito net and mini kitchen with kettle and fridge. Great shower with hot water and nice big bathroom. Large terrace looking out over a peaceful tidal lake with hammock to enjoy the wildlife....wading birds, and moniter lizards..very quiet and serene spot...usually I imagine... Fabulous infinity pool open all day and night...with gorgeous views out over the countryside of coconut and banana plantations and jungle in the distance... Very friendly and helpful hosts who were only too happy to help with anything. Fresh, tasty food. Will organise Tuc tuc to take you anywhere. Very near to The Brief Garden and Lunaganga, two beautiful houses and gardens worth visiting while there.
− It was the host's birthday and the celebrations went on day and night for two of the days I was there, with extremely loud Karaoke from 7.00am and into the night...with the hosts friends round the pool. I was welcome to join them but I was looking for some peace and quiet away from the bustle of life, so this just grated with me. If you like party life, this is the place to be! But for a quiet getaway in nature, just check that there's no celebrations going on while you're there, then it will be perfect.
