10.0The variety of coffee. The cleanliness. The abundance of necessities and toiletries, which unfortunately you don't receive at other destinations. The brands that they use. Making it feel a bit homey. Still water available. It wasn't an empty fridge.

9.0My go to place whenever I'm in johannesburg. A very good clean place but have few things I would like to highlight on, please can you replace the cooking pan could not use it ,its old and rusty now also a sweeping broom I stayed 6 dys and noone came to clean which I don't mind doing if only the broom was there.
− Power outage I know its beyond your control but remember you are in business definitely this will affect you more than normal residence. If possible get some solar system backup rather than waiting for some city Power as it will let you down. Its winter and cold.

− Lack of a heater. I took it up with he owner though and she was open to the idea of organizing one ASAP.
