10.0The property was a calm, extremely clean and homely place to stay. Even in the soaring heat the place was cool and comfortable. Its location is perfect and close to everything I love in Koondrook. Every little detail was thought of and I will be highly recommending this place to everyone I know :)

− Needed extra heating in the other 2 bedrooms as it was very cold this particular weekend. Larger cooking pots as we struggled to cook for the 6 of us
