Lugar muito bom para passar uns dias e descansar. Cozinha completa, churrasqueira, sala com escrivaninha para home office, internet, ar no quarto, garagem. Também dá acesso a um trapiche para tomar chimarrão final do dia, conforme a foto. Custo benefício ótimo. Bem localizado. Perto tem a Pizzaria Girassole, ótima. Só elogios.

Tem uma vista muito agradável para a lagoa.

− Pessoas morando embaixo e a ordem do locatário de “proibido usar o mezanino” sendo que a acomodação conta com esta parte. As toalhas disponibilizadas não são de qualidade razoável, leve a sua. No meu caso, acabei esquecendo.
