− 希望を伝えれば今回、106号室はおじさん5名の利用だったので使い捨てカミソリを常備とタオルは宿泊数✖️人数分と寝衣が有ったら持参荷物が減ってより良いなとの皆んなの意見でした。 これは今後の希望で特別部屋設定でサウナ付きグランピング仕様とか有ったら楽しみです‥。 星も見えるのでそんな施設有ったら即予約します♪

We had a wonderful stay at Rakuten STAY Villa Yatsugatake. The property is modern, spacious, and very well equipped. The kitchen and lounge are located upstairs, which may not suit everyone, but our children absolutely loved the layout. The lounge is large and comfortable, with a huge screen where we enjoyed a family movie night. The dining table was also big enough for all six of us to eat together comfortably. The villa has two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, while there is an additional shower upstairs. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the property, making it easy to load and unload our luggage. The washer/dryer was very useful, although guests should allow extra time if using the dryer, as a full drying cycle can take around three hours. The surrounding area was peaceful, and we enjoyed a walk around the neighbourhood the following morning. Our children were excited to try the burger restaurant directly across the road, but unfortunately, when they arrived at around 6:00 pm, everything had already sold out even though it was before closing time. I suppose we'll just have to come back another time to try those burgers!

− Our only minor issue was during check-in. We were asked to complete the identity verification via the tablet upstairs, but at the time, my husband and son were both showering. The staff kindly agreed for us to call back later, but when we contacted them again, we were told that our check-in had already been completed, which left us a little confused. It wasn't a major problem, just a slightly unclear process.

− 車が置ききれず駐車場を訪ねたところ、近くのコインパーキングを探してくださいとの返事。リゾート地なので、付近にはコインパーキングは存在しません。もう少し回答方法を研究してください。
