It was disgusting and we couldn’t stay there at all
1.0− We were unable to stay at the property because it was in an absolutely disgusting and unacceptable condition. As a result, we had to spend an entire day in London searching for alternative accommodation, completely ruining one of our precious holiday days. Despite the inconvenience and distress caused, we received no meaningful assistance or refund whatsoever. The host claimed they could not help because we had not contacted them regarding the cleanliness issue, which is an entirely unreasonable excuse. A property should be properly cleaned and ready for guests before their arrival, not left in such an unacceptable condition and then defended with excuses. The lack of responsibility, assistance, and customer care throughout this experience was extremely disappointing. If you don’t want to throw your money away, I strongly recommend that you absolutely do not book this property.

− La struttura non è come in foto le stanze sono molto più piccole, era indicata 28m² Manin realtà era 10m². Al nostro ingresso la stanza era invasa da insetti la luce non funzionava il letto era sfondato e il materasso toccava a terra perché le doghe erano rotte. Il frigo era distaccato. Non c'era l'asciugacapelli. La cucina comune è in parte utilizzabile perché non ha tutti gli strumenti minimi per poter cucinare. Le lavatrici e le asciugatrici non sono utilizzabili perché utilizzate dallo staff per pulire le lenzuola delle camere. Non avevamo dei ripiani né degli appendini nella stanza di fatto l'armadio era inutilizzabile. Alla fine ho dovuto smontare e rimontare il letto da solo io stesso, per poter dormire. Comunque lo staff è disponibile, li ho contattati e il giorno dopo aggiustato le luci e portate delle gruccia per armadio e un asciugacapelli, oltre al set si asciugamani che non avevano sia gli asciugamani che l'asciugacapelli era nuovi ancora nella confezione originale. Quindi in parte è accettabile

− Everything from dirt and stains over the walls scuffs everywhere and overgrown garden that’s meant to be accessible, the bed was covered in hair from previous guests and they have the cheek to charge £49 for a cleaning fee
