Loopafstand van de kust

− Het balcon op het N, de badkamer, de deur vd slaapkamer kon niet dicht en de wc was stuk. Het verouderde geheel, vooral de krappe keuken. Het zeer slechte contact met de host.

Great view to the sea from the balcony. Quiet location. Comfortable and well equipped. Hostess who cared for the comfort of her guests

− La Pared is rather a strange place. Though its tiny it’s all split up by dead land. Like a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and beach restaurant.

The apartment is spacious for two persons. It is equipped with a fridge and a washing machine. La Pared is small so everything is close by. The host was friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

− It was a bit tricky to flush the toilet, but not really a problem.

Nothing special

− We are fully aligned with Jenni’s assessment of 3rd of December 2025 as we did the Camino too and arrived late just to learn that the landlady was not present although giving detailed information about our arrival time.. Had to call her but nothing happened before a another person kindly asked if he could be of help and he showed us the building of the flat. Shortly after the landlady came out from the neighboring flat and showed us the flat which was under maintenance so it smelled of paint inside . The balcony was also being maintained so it was not possible to use it. Next day the workers started to paint the balcony at 08:30….Nothing of this had been announced before we arrived. This is clearly not a place we would return to. Very difficult to see where all these 10 assessments are coming from!

The view from Casa Xuami is fantastic located just a short walk to the beach

− There wasn’t anything I really didn’t like it’s an older property with character it was clean , comfortable and all the facilities worked ok

Appartamento confortevole e con vista ottima. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ci ha aiutato molto. Anche la posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere i bar della zona , sia il mare. Assolutamente consigliato
