7.0Se destaca la amabilidad del personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. La limpieza de las habitaciones era impecable y se agradece mucho el servicio diario de toallas y los pequeños detalles de cortesía. Además, contar con estacionamiento dentro y justo enfrente fue un gran alivio. Otro punto a favor es que la habitación tenía ventilador. Las camas eran cómodas.
− Lamentablemente, algunos detalles con los baños necesitan una revisión. En mi habitación, no había extractor de aire, lo que hacía que el vapor de la ducha se acumulara y el ambiente se volviera pesado. Tampoco había dónde poner el champú y el jabón en la ducha. Además, el cabezal de la ducha necesitaba mantenimiento, ya que el agua salía solo por unos pocos agujeros y tuve que limpiarlo yo mismo. Otro huésped mencionó que su baño tampoco tenía extractor y que la ducha no tenía dónde poner las cosas. En otra habitación, la ducha no tenía puertas, así que cada vez que se usaba se mojaba todo el baño e incluso el agua podía salir al cuarto. La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, lo cual puede ser un inconveniente si planeas moverte mucho a pie.

6.0Hotel nuevo y bien limpio. El personal es cordial y muy prestativo
− No hay minibar en la habitación. Las cocheras no son accessible (solo hay 2), y las otras son de frente, en un sítio que no es del hotel, donde tienes que pedir para que otra persona abra
