All good except second 'bed'
6.0Nice clean and spacious, all facilities needed, little yard for sitting out and BBQ.
− The 'sofa bed' in the lounge wasn't a sofa bed but a rather hard block sofa which was inadequate as a double bed, there wasn't enough space to comfortably sleep 2 adults. One of us ended up sleeping on the floor. The kids had the bedroom because we wanted to stay up late in the lounge area.

− Could not get some facilities to work; TV In livingroom and washing machine, no instructions available. Entrance area by the front door unpleasant with lots of litter laying around. Steep stair to the entrance may be a problem if you have big luggage.

− The fact we drove 150 miles to find a place that had not been cleaned, needed decorating badly, having to park a mile away...then due to the state of it we had to return home the same day. And booking.com will not acknowledge any messages left for a refund. this should be taken off your website. Awful experience. **edit**.....Owners response below is just utter lies, He seems to be nothing but a con artist, refuses to aknowledge any messages from myself or booking.com. I see that the property is no longer on here but would urge anyone thinking of booking here, not too and go somewhere else. I now have to go through claims court to get a refund. Disgusting behaviour

9.0Sehr nett eingerichtetes Appartement mit Außenbereich. Gute Lage im Zentrum, nah am Meer.
− Einige Einrichtungen, Küchenutensilien und der Außenbereich könnten etwas Zuwendung vertragen. Eine Überdachung auf der Terrasse wäre bei schlechtem Wetter Gold wert.
