The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Their prompt response made a good impression. Complimentary breakfast is definitely worth for the money with lot of varieties

− I stayed at Ramada in Bangalore with high expectations, especially after my excellent experience at the Ramada in Chennai. I understand that the Chennai property is a 5-star hotel while the Bangalore property is a 4-star hotel, but I still felt the Bangalore stay did not quite meet my expectations. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Their prompt response made a good impression. The first room allocated to us had a strong unpleasant smell, which suggested a lack of maintenance. However, when we reported the issue, the staff immediately arranged another room, and it was much better. That said, the property would benefit from better maintenance and housekeeping. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved, and several shower fittings and accessories were loose or falling off, indicating that they need repair or replacement. With better upkeep and attention to maintenance, the overall guest experience would be significantly improved.
