1.0− I payed for a room online. Where I arrived at the hotel, they told me I was not allowed to stay there because I am not an Indian citizen. This is not mentioned on the booking website. The staff refused to pay be back. I sent an e-mail to the hotel owner to ask for my money, but they refuse to answer me.

9.0It was overall well managed and maintained. The view from the room balconies was quite good. Staff was well behaved and was cordial through out the stay.
