Excellent Value for money. Very clean and lovely host
10.0I was moved the day before but this was no issue. The room was excellent and the host left me a fan as it was so hot. The bed was so comfortable and the room was perfect for what I wanted
− There were 3 doorbells on the front of the house it would be good to label the correct one for the air bnb but this is a small thing

7.0Everything was pretty much perfect, room size was great, during the day it was very quiet. The size of the room was perfect for what I needed. The bed was really comfortable and the inclusion of a kettle in the room was really welcomed as I drink way too much coffee and didn't want to have to keep going down to the kitchen.
− No issues whatsoever with the room or the accommodation at all. Only issue I had during the whole stay was someone snoring in the other room. Otherwise 10 out of 10, I'd stay there again if I ever needed to stay in Birmingham.

− Woken up to sound of host cleaning other rooms. Room not completely soundproof and could hear sound of cars driving outside.
