Nice stay, good location, pool depth issue an important consideration to be aware of.
8.0Good location, modern and well equipped. Comfortable bedrooms and bathroom where everything worked properly (many Greek Villas never seem to be able to mange a working shower). Friendly and helpful owner.
− Pool was one depth where even an adult could not stand. Property needed more shade as it faced West, right into the sun and was blazing hot with few windows that opened upstairs.

− Maggiori informazioni sul funzionamento di alcune tecnologie della casa (poca pressione acqua sanitaria, solare termico trovato spento), essenziale sapere in anticipo che il centro del paese (unico accesso per raggiungere casa) chiude alle 19.30 per riaprire alle 24.00. Peccato non aver avuto nessuno che mantenesse pulita la piscina.

Peaceful and relaxing place to enjoy the beauty of Meganisi and its surroundings.
10.0Breathtaking views, peaceful location with access to beautiful, quiet beach and lovely pool as well. Quiet, 15-minute walk into Vathi. Spacious, nicely designed villa and grounds with great facilities and equipment. Timely and friendly communications and welcome from Nikolas and Iannis.

A perfectly comfortable and very well located/specified property
10.0Great location close to beach and tavernas. Comfortable property, modern and clean with great support from Nikolas and also his brother-in-law Yiannis next door, providing feedback on weather, cleaning and restaurant recommendations, among others things.
− Minor points, but worth describing that really the second bedroom is not a small double bed, but a slightly larger single bed, and also worth providing 4 sun loungers for when 4 people stay. Otherwise all aspects were as described and great.
We loved the location and the space and quietness of the Villa.
8.0The location was amazing with views of sunset and a small and quiet beach a few minutes walk from the villa and a 15 minute walk into Vathy.
− For an 11 night stay, perhaps would have been nice to have been given one extra clean set of towels and one set ofclean sheets.
