Great location with easy ferry access to Bellagio etc. Nice clean apartment.

− It rained for three days. There is no aircond in lounge room so could be a bit uncomfortable in high summer.

Lovely accom - location a bit too quiet for us

The property is beautifully renovated, with a Juliet balcony overlooking the lake. It’s a peaceful location, with the ferry a minutes walk away. It is nicely equipped with a washing machine, large SMEG fridge, & lots of crockery etc. Some fabulous dining downstairs at Belle Ile, & multiple options nearby. Villa Carlotta & its beautiful botanical gardens are a short walk away.

− The location was a bit too quiet for us & we would have preferred a village vibe. The accom was $3000AU for 5nights (11 Sept checkin) which was very expensive, but Lake Como is expensive! The bedding needed an upgrade - it didn’t feel like I was in $600AU per night accom. We waited 2hrs one day for a bus to Menaggio as none of the scheduled buses came. The ferry was great though.

The views and location make this property. It is spectacular! The lounge room furniture is well thought out and the on site car parking is very convenient.

− For the price we were disappointed with the quality of linen and the mattress. The bed was very uncomfortable with no support.

Przepiękny widok na jezioro. W budynku jest restauracja na kolacje, polecam. W pobliżu kilka miejsc na lunch, jest też sklep. Kilka odpraw promowych, wypożyczalnia motorówek. Na miejscu parking wygodny, ale na mały samochód. Winda, z parkingu.

− Remont budynku obok, było głośno, wiem, że to niezależne od właściciela, ale informacja przed przyjazdem była by wskazana, wielce prawdopodobne że mogłoby to zmienić decyzję o naszym przyjeździe. Doba jest do godziny 10:00, a na dwa dni wcześniej i dzień przed dostaje pytania o której mam zamiar opuścić apartament, bo Pani od sprzątania pyta… według mnie trochę to niestosowane, poza tym czułem presję na wakacjach.

The view was spectacular. Bedroom was lovely especially benefiting from air conditioning.

− Road was busy but to be expected for the location.

Gorgeous locations- well set up for a couple and a toddler with a travel crib, high chair, and kids utensils.

Amazing location. Convenient to travel to other locations. Extremely clean and well decorated apartment. The property manager was easy to communicate with on WhatsApp and helpful. We traveled with our toddler and found the space to be well set up with a travel crib, high chair (baby seat was easy to remove for an older toddler), and kids utensils.
