5.0L'emplacement dans un quartier résidentiel plutôt calme, où il était facile de se garer. L'accès à la plage à pied. Appartement à l'étage original et typique,, lumineux avec une vue agréable. Communication assez fluide avec la personne en charge de l'entretien.
− Excepté la machine à café et la plaque de cuisson, tous les équipements sont à remplacer. Chasse d'eau défectueuse, pommeau de douche qui tombe tout seul, store de chambre cassé, frigo fatigué... Literie récente mais peu confortable ( 2 surmatelas empilés). La terrasse pourrait être agréable mais orientée au nord, donc nous n'en n'avons pas profité en octobre. Tout l'appartement nécessite une bonne rénovation.
