− Cleanliness- floors were still dirty,dusty, animal fur in clumps. Lots of Dead insects on windowsills Condition of the property- large cracks throughout/lose tiles in bathroom.The photos have been selected carefully and do not represent the property accurately.

7.0The location was superb and given how cold it was we were glad the central heating worked well to keep the house warm.
− The shower was not functioning properly from the moment we arrived and could not maintain a temperature. The shower rose and caddy both broke while we were out at dinner one night which made showering basically impossible until it was fixed. The property was not well cleaned with dead bees on the window sills in most rooms and a lot of pet hair which was challenging for one of my children who has an allergy to dog and cat hair.
