De tudo. O apartamento é novo, bem equipado, muito limpo e muito confortável. Tem fechadura eletrônica com senha. Ar condicionados funcionando perfeitamente no quarto e na sala. Roupa de cama impecável. Fácil de entrar e sair do local. Portaria eletrônica e com vigia à noite. Piscina limpa e ambiente de churrasqueira com cerveja à venda em geladeira com porta com auto serviço. A localização é boa e próximo a tudo. Nada a reclamar.
