In general, we had a very good time in our stay, everything went smoothly. Thank you!
9.0The location was very good and close to the everything we needed. We took the bus from the airport, and the hotel was very close to the bus stop. Ferry and train station was also very close. The hotel was clean, staff was kind and friendly. We arrived late at night when the check-in was already closed. But we called the hotel a day before, and staff helped us to check-in in the midnight, we really appreciated that. Thanks Caterina and the lady in the reception :D
− I don't know why but we could hear every sound comes from the next rooms. In that sense, we felt that there is a lack of privacy, and it's a little annoying. And in the bed, even duvet cover was noisy (the cover seems like polyester/plastic looking, I don't know what it was, but every time I moved in the bed, I heard the plastic bag sound :D). Maybe they can consider to change that covers?

10.0Dit was voor mij de beste optie, prijs kwaliteit gezien! De host is schattig, haar Engels en communicatie is gebrekkig maar het was voldoende, je moet het niet persoonlijk nemen. :) De locatie was super proper en best rustig. Ik sliep goed en iedere dag was zelfs mijn bed opgemaakt. Ik heb al in veel slechtere hostels geslapen in Europa. De ligging is echt uitstekend, weg van het massatoerisme maar dichtbij om overal snel te raken. Aanrader!
− De douche was niet zeer groot & kon wat dieptereiniging gebruiken.

10.0Tem todo o necessário, incluindo shampoo, toalhas e roupa de cama confortável, até café, chá, balas e um bolinho para comer pela manhã. A proprietária é querida e ela mesma arruma os quartos. Tem livros no quarto sobre Veneza. A cama é grande e confortável. O local é silencioso e a localização é EXCELENTE. Muito agradável para andar por Veneza durante o dia ou noite, ótimos restaurantes no entorno.
