Reminded us of student houses in Liverpool. cheap furniture in an outdated , poorly maintained old house.

− Musty smell . Absentee landlord. Very small room. Expensive. Strange rules. No alcohol on the premises. Unable to access the grounds.

7.0Très bon emplacement très calme qui correspondait à notre recherche. Dommage que l'équipement soit un peu réduit : pas de machine à café, pas de lave vaisselle, lit de taille réduite (140 seulement ) Pas de fenêtres ouvrant sur l'extérieur : (gênant pendant la vague de chaleur..) et serrures cassées (pas très sécurisant)

8.0I had booked the appartment. However, I arrived during the heat wave and there is no window that opens to the fresh air in the appartment - A bedroom window opens to an enclosed outdoor space. But there isn't ventilation unless you leave the external door open. I am recovering from a respiratory illness and I crave fresh cool air. the air in the appartment smelled stale and of dog. I couldnt breathe easily . I sat outside on the lawn and decided to call the owner and ask if a different room was available. Greta the owner is an absolute star. She sorted a room with widnows open to the garden and a balcony. It was such a relief to have movement of air and I felt comforatable . Such a relief to have a well ventilated bedroom.
− I am not keen on sharing a kitchen and thats why I had booked the appartment. However, due to my respiratory issue the lovely owner, Greta, allowed me a kettle in my room so I could brew herbal teas to help my lungs.
