10.0Clean and tidy place 👌 second visit here as its close to family , less than 20 minutes to the metro centre ,a 5 minute walk to Killingworth shopping centre with macdonalds KFC pub that sort of stuff, we had a minor issue with the TV but Claude was over in less than 5 minutes and sorted it 😀 perfect response and we was very impressed with him so we will visit again.

7.0It was very clean and tidy and was very comfortable . And was perfect or where we need to be.
− It needs more utensils in the kitchen I just went to home bargains and bought myself and some outdoor chairs for the garden . grass had not been cut for awhile .

8.0Decent sized rooms and facilities. Great location.
− Bathroom door doesn't lock properly, so would blow open if windows were open. Stairs up to 3 floor and floorboards on 3rd floor are very loud and creaky. Not a massive deal but can be quite awkward when trying not to wake anyone when going to toilet in middle of the night.
