Relaxing cabin stay near Sleeping Bear Dunes
10.0The location was ideal for our needs - we spent a little time in Traverse City, enjoyed some hiking at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the cabin was right between the two. Just as importantly - we enjoyed our time at the Sleeping Bear Resort itself. The little lake was perfect for standup paddle-boarding and kayaking. My family also enjoyed the trampoline immensely. We did a little bird-watching, ate meals at the picnic table, and yes, made s'mores over the camp fire. The cabin was very well equipped. Very clean, organized, comfy. Cabin 2 was plenty spacious for myself, spouse, and teen kid.
This was a small family reunion and we would stay here again !
8.0We stayed in the Bears Den which is awesome for large families , lots of space ! We didn’t even use the second living area .
− The private walk to the beach was blocked off .
