Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, nicht die unterbliebene Reaktion des Vermieters auf unsere Reklamation.
5.0− Mitvermietet war ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz im Innenhof. Der Parkplatz konnte auf Grund von Bauarbeiten 5 Tage nicht genutzt werden. Trotz unserer Reklamation bei der Wohnungsübergabe und nochmals fünf Tage später erhielten wir keine Rückmeldung seitens des Vermieters. Wir hätten eine anteilige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erwartet.

− חסר מגע אישי שיכול לשפר מאוד את החויה לדוגמא, נייר מגבת, מגבת מטבח, סבונים. המזרון לא מספיק קשה לאנשים גדולים (כ 100 קג).

9.0Appartamento nuovo, attrezzato e pulitissimo. Ottima posizione, situato in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi minuti dal centro. Abbiamo apprezzato il parcheggio privato all' interno della struttura e la gentilezza dello staff.
Lækker lejlighed, stor balkon, uheldig med larm og dårlig sovesofa.

− Larm (vinkelsliber) hele dagen, alle de dage vi boede der pga. byggearbejde i stueetagen. Sovesofaen er ikke særlig komfortabel og knirker utrolig meget.
