− You'll have to hike few meters for filtered water.

10.0Its a perfect location for its purpose - place far away from everyone where you can enjoy the nature. Its also perfect for someone who likes minimalist approach, and don't plan to stay home whole day.
− You need to take into account that the house is quite high in the mountains. Meaning that it is above clouds. What is a wonderful thing if you want to enjoy the night sky, but it also means that the house is under direct sunlight whole day. Meaning that it warms up quite a bit, especially during the summer. Also be sure to rent a car that is suited for rough terrain, since last 300 meters is quite a bumpy ride.
