Very high quality finish, the entire property is very well maintained. View from balcony is sublime especially for evening sunsets. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Jerko, our local host was fantastic.

− Location is a little far out from old town, it is quite a walk with a v steep climb. The walk down to the beach is a little shabby/run down.

Location is excellent, only a few minutes from Dubrovnik Airport and 10 minutes walk from the beach, the village of Cavtat being a further walk along the beach. I would recommend swimming shoes for the pebble beach as I found the stones quite sharp, but it was sandy further in. Accommodation is beautiful, was perfect size and facilities for 4 adults staying. The kitchen is very well stocked, there was a few boxes of herbal tea in a drawer, and oil and sauces! A hidden gem was the addition of an en-suite bathroom. The beds are comfortable, and a great supply of bedding. The balcony has views of the sea and islands, spent hours sitting there. Although it’s near the airport and you see the planes coming in the noise levels are low - and they don’t fly at night. The swimming pool is lovely, and each apartment gets two sunbeds. There is also a laundry room, with loads of detergent and fabric conditioner- some of which I assume was left behind by previous holidaymakers. The only downside for some people might be the steep hills. Going to the beach was all downhill, but returning in the evening involved hiking up a few yards of steep terrain, followed by 123 steps - but we did get used to it! Another gem is the manager Jerko, he introduced himself on the first day and was available if we needed him. And I have to mention Pablo the neighbour’s dog, he is kept confined in a garden, but he likes to mount behind the wall and ‘say hello’ to any passers by!

Everything was perfect! The property was spacious and clean, the apartment has everything you need. The views were amazing and the pool area beautiful and clean.
