We loved it, secluded and well provisioned.

Seclusion. This was an excellent mountain getaway.

It is far from gas or groceries. Be prepared before you come to the room. It is one hour from the nearest gas or grocery store.

Comfortable, homey cabin in a gorgeous location. The host was very nice, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommend!

This was entirely my fault, but we were trying to go to Sequoia National PARK and I didn't notice that this is in the Sequoia National FOREST nor did I check the distance between them - 3 hours! But there's plenty to do and beautiful landscapes and some giant sequoias within an hour or two drive of the cabin so we still had a great time.

Fantastic Forest Cabin

10.0

The cabin was perfectly nestled amongst the trees, on a side road off and away from what little traffic there was. Mornings came quietly, and the days and nights came and went just as quietly. There are modern amenities in the way of air conditioner(s), refrigerator, coffee pot microwave, utensils, etc. An abundance of linens, comfortable beds, and spacious couches. Perfect area for forested strolls, there were even a bunch of free roaming cows around the area. Our infant daughter loved seeing all the trees and wildlife.

There was a large amount of cobwebs and even some left out cans of some sort on the deck, which kept us from utilizing it. We wanted to, but it just felt like we'd have to clean it up first to do so.

Beautiful cabin in the woods, very well equipped, very remote so stock up on supplies before arriving however that is what makes it so special. Group of 4 friends, would have e loved to stay a little longer to explore the are a bit further...

Can't think of any downsides to our stay.
