6.0De plek is ideaal als uitvalslocatie voor dagtrips naar zowel Noord Devon als Noord Cornwall en de baai ia prachtig.
− Je zit op een werkende melkveehouderij, dus er zijn in de zomer heeeeel veel vliegen en penetrante meslucht. Buitenzitten is er dus echt niet bij. Er is geen enkele bescherning in de vorm van horren of een vliegenmepper aanwezig. Er zat schimmel in de badkamer, éen raam viel bijna uit de sponning, de koelkast was te klein voor een vierpersoons huisje.
Spacious, functional cottage set in quiet pleasant location. A good base for exploring the surrounding area.
9.0The cottage is in a rural location which suited us perfectly. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space. Close proximity to Bude and scenic coastal walks. There was plenty of parking space set in very pleasant grounds.

9.0Very quiet and comfortable wouldn’t know you where on a working farm.Good location for getting round and great for walking. Beautiful gardens, comfy bed.

− The stairs were ok for us even though they were steep,anybody older might struggle,(weren't told of this)extractor fan needed in bathroom,security light needed in carpark,driveway covered in cow muck,yes I know it's a farm but 10 mins.with yard scraper would clear it,,
