We couldn’t stay in this flat - top floor flat- too hot, no fans and no linen left for sofa bed.
4.0The flat was basic but fine for one night.
− We had asked for the sofa bed to be made up ready for my son. It wasn’t and there was no bed line left out. The weather was very hot, and the flat is on the top floor. (The temperature was 29 degrees at 9.30pm in the flat). There were no fans (or air conditioning). It is impossible to sleep in that.

− ·煮食用具，所有平底鑊都殘舊不堪，上次入住時僅能用的鑊也損耗嚴重，我只勉強用了一次，是時候需要更換。 ·只有兩隻叉，煮食不夠方便。 ·微波爐有陣味，似乎上一手用完之後未有徹底清潔。 ·房間有畫架下墜，需要重裝。 ·廚房洗碗盆對出地板，嚴重撲起，地板似乎曾被水浸而老化翹起，容易撠腳，需要修葺地板或地氈遮蓋。 ·浴室去水渠由於塞問題，容易水浸及外洩，建議設有布地毯在浴室玻璃門外。 ·所有毛巾浴巾都感覺殘舊，需要更換。 ·今次入住時感覺民宿比兩個月前，破損情況更嚴重，相信是個別租客未有善待民宿所致，房東未必徹底了解維修的迫切性，才致令民宿失修。
