The accommodation is well-maintained and clean, and the room had everything you need for a short stay in Rome. The lift is very convenient, especially as the accommodation is located on the 4th floor. The bathroom is nicely maintained and comes equipped with shower gel and hand soap. Toothbrushes are also available if needed. The bed was quite comfortable, and there is a small fridge in the room. Although the street outside can be quite noisy, almost throughout the night, the windows provide excellent sound insulation, so the room itself remains peaceful and quiet. We also couldn't hear any noise from other rooms or neighbouring apartments in the building. One small suggestion would be to provide a coffee machine for guests who enjoy having a coffee in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in and had no problem letting us leave our luggage after check-out, as our train wasn't until the afternoon. The surrounding street can feel a little dodgy at night, but this wasn't a major issue for us. The location is very convenient: the train station is just one street away, and there is a metro station in the nearby park. Some of Rome's main attractions are also within walking distance – we particularly enjoyed a lovely short morning walk to the Colosseum. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this accommodation for a short city break in Rome!

Molt net I habitació impecabe i nova....no hi ha recepció, però la propietària està molt pendent per si et cal alguna cosa...molt amable. Situat molt aprop de l'estació Termini i de línea de metro... Molt recomanable

Hotel bien ubicado cerca de Termini y del metro

La ubicación del hotel es buena al estar a dos pasos de la estación de Termini y del metro. Sin embargo, está en una calle no muy segura por lo que no lo recomiendo para mujeres que vayan solas a Roma, sobre todo para salidas por la noche. La entrada al edificio y al ascensor tampoco me inspiraron tranquilidad. La habitación daba a un patio sucio. Laura estupenda: muy amable y disponible tanto para el check-in como para el check-out. La habitación es nueva, amplia y cómoda, y estaba muy limpia.
