10.0The hotel is nice in a good location and the rooms are as described. Staff is very easy to work with and tries to accommodate any requests. It is not a fancy place, but solid

− При поселенні отримали номер з їдким запахом каналізаціі. Спочатку менеджер пообіцяв замінити номер за декілька годин (коли він звільниться), проте в кінці дня нам повідомили, що номер не змінять, адже вільних номерів немає. Після скандалу з адміністрацією новий номер все ж знайшли та переселили. Номери надзвичайно малі та некомфотні (немає навіть шафи, щоб скласти речі, фен в номері теж був відсутній) Адміністрація - окреме питання. Готель працює з "онлайн адміністратором", тобто на місці майже ніколи немає людини, до якоі можна було б звернутися. Гарні відгуки на букінгу створюють певний дисонанс з реальністю, але коли приходиш на ресепшн - отримуєш пояснення: готель пропонує безкоштовну каву за відгук 10/10 на букінгу чи гугл)) Чистота в номерах і в самому готелі на поганому рівні. Загалом готель в занедбаному стані, відношення до гостей абсолютно пофігістичне.

8.0Персонал старається. Куча приємних дрібниць
− Брали заради басейну, приїхали він зелений, сказали після дощу. Але протягом п'яти днів так і не чистили. Ну і номери дуже маленькі, але це самі винні, що не додивились(
