2 bedrooms so did not have to share with my son. Excellent laundry facilities. Excellent location, 200m to super market.

− Off street parking was only good for small car. Sedan did not fit.

Comfortable and well located a short walk to Jetty Road.

− Was surprised when informed just before check in to pay an extra $10 for the second bed to be made. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 bedrooms! It’s not about the money, however this should have been mentioned clearly before booking. Also on site parking is a problem if you have a car bigger than a small sedan.

− The bedside lamp in the main bedroom is faulty and presents an electrical hazard. I would suggest immediate replacement. For the sake of minimal expense the 2 frypans could also be replaced. We did a fair amount of cooking during our 7 night stay and this would most definitely have improved our critique of the kitchen cookware. Otherwise all the kitchen utensils,crockery, cutlery and kitchen amenities were very good.

Great location and kitchen was great.

− Dated bedroom furniture and robes, no walk in showers, very messy and overgrown garden/courtyard space both front and rear, no coffee pods but a lovely new machine, no dryer (yet advertised), out of date information book, flat batteries in remotes.

Great location, very clean and well set out

− Only 1 remote for the bedroom fans. Both had to be on the same setting. We stated arrival for 3pm, one of us arrived and it had not been cleaned from the previous person. When we contacted, we were advised that we were not expected until 5pm, but the place would not be cleaned until later as there was a sick cleaner. The person had arrived from Mt Gambier. We understand that someone can get sick and we were there when the new cleaners arrived who were very sorry and nice people, but it would have been better if we received a text to advise about the delay, rather than when we followed up.
