6.0Sehr gute Lage, grundsätzlich schöne Wohnung
− Der Putzdienstleister hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag. Haare und Fussel auf den Bettbezügen, Krümel auf den Tischen und auf dem Boden. Toaster war defekt (Hebel ist nicht eingerastet. Wasserschlauch an der Toilette undicht (musste in die Dusche rein um Überschwemmung zu verhindern). Bei Ankunft war der Boden im Bad schon nass.
Apartment with good location, but so-so value
7.0The metro is close by as well as the grocery store. The apartment was generally clean and well stocked with necessities.
− No private parking available even if so stated in the advert. If you come by car it is problematic. The furniture was worn out and especially sofas were broken. Cleanliness was left to be desired. Finding a floating turd in the toilet when arriving was not a pleasant surprise. Comminication was typical Finnish style, i.e. no questions were answered.

− Kuvauksessa oli maininta kolmesta makuuhuoneesta, mutta todellisuudessa kohteessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, jossa toisessa on parivuode ja toisessa kerrossänky, jossa kolme vuodetta.
