1.0The location was decent, but the property is obviously not the best compared to neighboring houses. The pool was probably the only nice part of the property.
− The place was filthy. The downstairs smelled of mold and hadn't been cleaned in years. We tried to open the pull-out couch for someone to sleep and it was so dirty that they left the property for the night to find somewhere else. The alarm on the doors would constantly go off every time you open the doors.

9.0The property was great for us. The pool was amazing when we wanted to take the break from the ocean.
− Only issue was the door towards the balcony was difficult to open and the alarms. But we understand why the alarms were needed
