Wonderful base for local snorkelling and birding day trips.
10.0Lovely, well cared for villa and garden in Akumal North. Secure and welcoming in a very safe neighbourhood. Close to the beach, lagoon and restaurants. Akumal North on Half Moon Bay is away from the throngs, yet within walking distance of Akumal Beach for more restaurants, tours and amenities. David, Dan, Bambi and Esther, were wonderful hosts who even upgraded our suite as a larger one came available.

A home away from home
10.0Outstanding home on a secluded and quiet part of town. The apartment had absolutely everything you could imagine, and even well beyond that. We loved the rooftop, and I took every opportunity to be there. Now you will need a car to get there, so that should a clear cut expectation. For swimmers there are lot of swimming opportunities the Yal Ku lagoon is amazing.

10.0Nous avons passé un magnifique sejour chez Dave et Dan, dans un grand appartement très bien équipé. La villa est située dans une zone residentielle très calme et meme si elle n'est pas en bord de mer, l acces y est facile. Plusieurs restaurants et bar en proximité ainsi qu un accès gratuit a la cenote située à 100 m. Mais, surtout, un accueil formidable de la part de Dave et Dan, deux personnes que nous avons beaucoup appreciés pour leur culture, humour et joie de vivre. Encore merci pour ce breakfast de bienvennue extraordinaire qui montre toute l'attention des hotes de ce lieu.
− Rien ou du moins que la quasi totalité du littoral est privatisé, mais c le cas de toute la zone.
