− - Horrible horrible customer service. The receptionist is entitled, arrogant and down right unprofessional. - The location on bookings.com is off by 150m - After competing a booking the property with not contact you to assist with a smooth check in process - They will not pick up their phone nor will they call you back. - The receptionist refused us access to the premises even though we had paid.

1.0It was clean, cleaning lady was friendly
− The add said balcony and mountain view. We didnt have a balcony, and the view is not as per the pic in their add. It is behind other buildings. Paid for breakfast included in the fee, didnt get breakfast and the owner (George) said sorry, it was a mistake probably, and their kitchen is closed, and they removed it now from their add. But when I booked, I booked it specifically because of the view, and breakfast. He then said I must be reasonable, and pay additionally R150 pp (R300) per day for breakfast to be arranged. There were only one towel for two of us. Had no coffee, or sugar, milk. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Had no aircon, was very hot. The fan didnt really help much. The road leading to the property is very bad. I phoned in advance to ask about this also specifically as we drive a small car. And it was horrible. Huge potholes and sand road leading up to them. Very bad location. I also had to move the dates due to public holidays affecting the dates for my client. I paid additional fee which I didnt mind. But then George made out asif he did us a huge favor as he wouldve just kept the fee and we had to pay again. Will NEVER go there again.
