Personalas draugiškas ir tikrai sprendė susiklosčiusią nemalonią situaciją.

− Nepatiko tai, kad nuvykus paaiškėjo, kad butas su mums patvirtinta rezervacija buvo jau apgyvendintas kitų asmenų. Šeimininkė tikrai bandė spręsti situaciją, apgyvendino mus kitame bute tame pačiame name, tačiau butas nebuvo toks pats: jame nebuvo vonios, indaplovės, orkaitės. Jis, žinoma, nebuvo paruoštas gyventojams, viduje buvo vėsu (užsukti radiatoriai). Taip pat, iškritus auskarui ir pasilenkus jo ieškoti prie sofos, blogąja prasme nustebino vaizdas po sofa, dulkės, maisto likučiai... paklodė, kuri buvo paruošta miegoti ant sofos-lovos buvo skylėta... šiaip nieko blogo nenutiko, personalas gan malonus buvo, bet pats faktas, kad penktadienio vakarą atvykus su vaiku buvome išmušti iš planų, jau visą poilsio savaitgalį sugadino.
