9.0This place had a lot of character. Roberto was very responsive when we needed help with anything . There is a washing machine in the suite. The suite was spacious with a king size bed in a separate bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room/kitchen area. There is a full kitchen. restaurants around the area and a grocery store nearby. 20 min bus ride from trastaver.
− The location was just a bit further south of colosseum but it was still fine. About 25 min walk to colosseum and 6-8 min taxi ride to the Roma termini. It was 34C when we were there so the air conditioning was working hard at night but it was adequate

9.0Close to Termini station ( 20 mins walking ) . Fabrizio is a very nice host , he gave us a lot of good advices , tips and tricks , restaurants, transport. Near flat there are 3 very good restaurants, we eat every evening in the area . Metro station at 10 mins. .And most important we felt safe in the area.
− - everything was fine. We are not so pretentious so for us ( family with 2 kids ) everything was ok.

10.0Clean apartment, the hoat was very helpful and kind. Near thw apartment there are many places to eat , drink. A/C in 3 room Opossite there is a supermarket- sos for children. The apartment had everything a family needs- laundry.

10.0The property is in a great location just 6 or 7 minutes walk from the Manzoni metro station. The property is a lovely apartment with plenty of space and it was spotlessly clean.
− The kids bedroom had a portable air conditioning unit and we had very hot weather so it didn’t cope with that very well. All the other rooms have fixed air conditioning units and were brilliant but the kids had some very warm nights to contend with.
