Top Notch, exceptional value for money
9.0Absolutely fantastic stay! Pat was an amazing host—so welcoming and friendly, making me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. The place was immaculate, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a spotless, sparkling bathroom. The location was perfect too, with several local amenities just a short walk away. Exceptional value for money in every way. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended—top notch!

It wasn’t for me, too small and I didn’t like using her bathroom.
5.0Pat was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable, it had a small fridge with milk and yogurt. It also had a coffee machine and a one cup kettle machine but it wasn’t that hot
− unfortunately the room was very small with little space to move around, it a a large wardrobe which had clothes in it and a dressing table that was also in use, and no bedside tables. Also I hadn’t realised it was a shared bathroom. I should have read the reviews. I just looked at the excellent rating.
So nice and near to see daughter
9.0I love staying at pat's she was lovely it was very handy for me walking to Redhill and I don't drive and to see my daughter 5 mins walking shandy for train only one thing I didn't like having to share bathroom but pat was very nice and told the man to use down stairs .couldn't of got a nicer lady and placebed was very comfy TV v.good and the fridge and little extras in room so good would stay again maybe 🤔 just bathroom isue overall brilliant time and had good sleep too thanks oats house Barbara
