9.0Kitűnő a kilátás. Kiválóan felszerelt az apartman. Kommunikatív a szállásadó. Csendes környék (kivéve ha leszámítom azt a talán péket? aki minden hajnalban 1:50-kor indul a bűzdízelével, aminek a tolatóhangja csipogó) A francért nem tud háttal beállni, amikor ide jön?! (sajnos rosszul alszom, mindig hallottam...hétfő-csütörtök között) Két szint van bent: 2. emeleti a nappali/konyha/duplaágyas hálószoba és van vent egy duplaágy és egy emeletes ágy. Falépcső vezet fel.
− Az apartaman mintha önálló életet élne: a bádogtatő és a belső faburkolat folyamatosan recseg-ropog. A fürdőszoba kaphatna egy felújítást. A gázzal működő melegvíz lassan éri el a célterületét.
