− No lifts are working. Walking 11 flights of stairs is ridiculous. Everytime the lift facility is dissapointing

− the hallways are not clean, the bed and headboard are noisy, bed mattress was squeaky. There was no water and host refused to refund me so i book elsewhere same night decided to do that the next morning which affected my schedule. the location of the place is not
