10.0Very clean. Lovely garden to use. Quiet. Easy to park. Easy to locate. Pub close by for food and drink . We were there over a heatwave they had thoughtfully provided fans...thank you! It was quite well equipped but 4 people would have struggled with crockery which was minimal. Beds were comfortable. Rooms large enough. Seating comfortable but again, not really for 4 people. We were 2 friends and it was great for us.

7.0Great location for our trip as we visited Gilbert White's House which was opposite.. Lovely, spacious and bright flat.

10.0It was a gorgeous space in a wonderful place. Everything was clean and made for a happy birthday stay. Smart TV a nice bonus.
− Given 10/10 so this is only a helpful comment: some instructions for the hobs would have been helpful. Some of your guests will be as stupid as me.
